Sourced directly from official company filings. Helsinki & Stockholm stock exchanges

We track over 1,000 listed companies on the Helsinki and Stockholm exchanges, and we're expanding to more of the Nordics.

Not every transaction means the same thing

The official filing looks the same whether an executive bought the shares with their own money or was handed them as compensation. Vireo tells you which.

Bought — open market

The executive bought company shares on the open market with their own money. The strongest signal that they believe in the company.

Sold

The executive sold company shares. There can be many reasons to sell — it doesn’t always signal a lack of confidence.

Share award

The shares were awarded as compensation, not bought. This is part of their pay, not their own investment decision.
